Usage Recommendations

The Cooktop complies with the Brazilian Labeling Program.
Device developed for closed environments. Do not use it for other purposes.
It is recommended that the cooktop be installed by the Tramontina Authorized Service Network
The consumer is entirely responsible for any preparation of the place for installing the cooktop, which includes: gas, electrical, grounding, furniture and accessories (connections, hoses, registers, etc.) installations.
This installation is not free, and the expenses for labor and accessories are borne by the consumer.
The TRAMONTINA Cooktop works at 127 V – 220 V without a selector switch (automatic bi-volt).
The cooktop leaves the factory set to run on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). To use the cooktop with Natural Gas (NG), call the Authorized Service.
The conversion of gas (LPG to NG) is free only when the product has not yet been used. To request the conversion of LPG gas to NG, it will be mandatory to present the invoice for the product, and it must be within the warranty period.
Before carrying out any cleaning operations on your TRAMONTINA Cooktop, disconnect it from the power supply and close the gas valve.
The cooktop has a sealed type burner, which prevents the infiltration of residues.
To clean the glass table, use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap or detergent.
To dry the table, use a soft cloth or flannel.
Do not use steel wool or other abrasive products to clean the glass table.
Cleaning enamelled parts and aluminum burners:
To clean the burner, flame spreaders and the trivet (grill), use a soft cloth or sponge with detergent, neutral soap or degreasers. Dry the burner properly before reusing them, as excess moisture can make it difficult to light.
When reassembling the burners and flame spreaders, after cleaning, check that they fit perfectly.
Do not use cold water when the parts are still hot. Thermal shock can damage them.
Do not use clay pots or pans with a rounded bottom.
For your safety, never use the product to heat the room.
For a perfect cleaning, Tramontina offers the sale of cleaning paste, to remove stains and polish the glass.
